INGREDIENTS

- 1 pinsa alla Romana

- 3 tablespoons truffle sauce

- ½ cup stracciatella cheese

- 6 slices prosciutto di Parma

- 1 cup fresh arugula

- 1-2 tablespoons Calabrian chili infused EVOO (or to taste)

PREPARATION

1. Preheat your oven to 475°F. Make sure the oven is fully heated to achieve the ideal crispiness. Use a pizza a stone if you have it.

2. Spread an even layer of truffle paste over the par-baked crust. A thin layer is usually enough, but you can adjust to taste.

3. Place the crust with truffle paste in the oven for 5-8 minutes, or until the edges are crispy Keep a close eye to prevent burning.

4. Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and immediately add dollops of stracciatella cheese across the surface.

5. Lay slices of Prosciutto di Parma over the warm cheese.

6. Scatter fresh arugula over the top. Finish with a drizzle of chili oil, adding more if you prefer extra spicy.

7. Slice and serve immediately.
