
Mini Sandwiches
INGREDIENTS (8 servings)
• 20 bread milk buns
• 20 slices Toscano salami
• 1 tbsp minced parsley
• 1 tbsp minced basil
• 1/4 cup pickles
• 10 slices provolone
• 1 tbsp minced parsley
• 1 tbsp minced basil
• 1/4 cup pickles
• 10 slices provolone
• 9 ounces robiola
PREPARATION
- Mix the robiola with the finely chopped pickles, minced parsley and basil and put the mixture in a piping bag with a star tip.
- Cut the bread in half, place the salami and half a slice of provolone on the lower halves, squeeze some cheese mixture out of your piping bag, and cover with the second half without pressing.
