
Alfredo Fettuccine
INGREDIENTS:
- 10 oz truffle fettuccine pasta
- 8 oz grana padano cream cheese
- 4 oz butter
- For the sauce 2 ½ oz grana padano cheese
- ⅔ cup of hot water
RECIPE:
- Grate Grana Padano cheese 2 ½ oz
- Throw the pasta in boiling water Tartuflanghe Fettuccini Truffle pasta
- In the pan melt 4 oz of butter
- When the butter is melted add pasta water
- Add cooked pasta
- Add parmean on top - mix
- Add more pasta water and add more cheese - mix
- Continue like this until the cheese is all used and the pasta is creamy
- Serve :)
