Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce


(Serving Size: 4 People)

  • 400 gr of spaghetti 
  • 400 gr di polpa di pomodoro
  • 4 basil leafs
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 table spoon of EVOO


  1. Saute in a pan with EVOO the chopped garlic and when golden add tomatoes, salt, pepper basil and continue cooking at low heat for 5/6 minutes.
  2. Meantime boil the pasta in water and salt until cooked at dente; drain it and unite it in the pan with the other ingredients til amalgamated and ready to place on the dish.
