Chicken Parmesan with Marinara Sauce

This classic Chicken Parmesan is crispy and creamy all at once.  Making this dish requires surprisingly little effort; it's one quick step after another until you've created something truly special!

👩‍🍳 Ingredients For 4 People

  • Chicken breasts 2
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs 
  • Parmesan 
  • Shredded mozzarella 
  • Parsley to garnish
  • Vegetable oil
  • Agromonte marinara sauce 580 gr
  • Flour, salt, and pepper to dredge

✅ Instructions

Cut chicken breasts 2 in half length-wise for 4 cutlets

season with salt and pepper.

Set 3 shallow bowls: 

In the first bowl, combine flour ½ cup (65 gr), salt ½  tsp and pepper ½ tsp

In the second bowl, beat together eggs

in the third bowl, stir together parmesan ½ cup (65 gr)  and bread crumbs ½ cup (65 gr) 

Dredge chicken in flour, dusting off excess 

Then,  dip in eggs 

Last, turn to coat in the bread crumbs.

Once all chicken is breaded, heat a large non-stick skillet with enough Vegetable oil to lightly coat the bottom and saute 5-6 minutes 

Use a casserole dish to arrange your chicken in a single layer and pour the marinara sauce over it. Then, add mozzarella cheese slices along with some parsley for garnish. 

Bake at 425˚F (220 C) until you see bubbles forming around the edges of everything else inside this Italian-style meal recipe!

Serve warm 🔥
