Ingredients
- Sogno Toscano Salted Capers (8 capers)
- Bay Leafs
- Unpitted Nostralina olives (10 olives)
- Potatoes cut in cubes and previously boiled for few minutes
- Sogno Di Liguria evoo
- Garlic
- Aluminum foil
PREPARATION
- Pre-heat oven at 400° degrees
- Season the fish with Evoo salt pepper and a little of flour
- Wash the capers under running water to eliminate the extra salt
- Place the cod and the rest of the ingredients on a large baking trail.
- Bake for around 20 min
