Bonomi Savoiardi are great quality cookies made in Italy made with a sponge cake batter. They are the main ingredient for the Tiramisu recipe and they are also great served with ice cream or with a cup of tea or coffee.

Ingredients

Wheat flour,sugar, eggs (26%), raising agents ( sodium carbonate acid, ammonium carbonate acid), glucose syrup, natural flavorings,salt. For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. May also contain milk and soya.
