
Goat Cheese Appetizers
Robiola is an Italian soft-ripened cheese of the Stracchino family. It's from the Langhe region and made with varying proportions of cow's, goat's and sheep milk. It’s an amazing addition for summer appetizers ideas. There are millions of ideas, but we choose the most sophisticated and easy to recreate!

Ingredients
- Puff pastry dough
- Cookie (or any round) forms
- Olive oil
- Lemon zest
- Fresh mint
- Chives
- Robiola cheese
- Watermelon
- Robiola di Capra
- Truffle honey (or regular)
- Figs
- Prosciutto
Preparation
- Cut puff pastry the way it shows on video to create a little “baset”
- Bake at 375F around 10-15 min
- Mix Robiola cheese with lemon zest, fresh chopped mint, olive oil, chives
- Garnish with it ready baked baskets
- Form perfect rounds with watermelon, create a hollow in the middle
- Repeat the same steps but instead of olive oil add honey to cheese
- Garnish watermelon
- Cut figs as cross, open it
- Garnish with Robiola di Capri, truffle honey and prosciutto
